Kerri LaMontagne, MEd

Clinical Director/ BCBA

Kerri LaMontagne is the Clinical Director and BCBA for the Cyzner Institute. She works closely with Dr. Cyzner in running the day-to-day operations of the school, including evaluation, placement, programming, scheduling, behavioral observations and supervising afterschool therapies and programs. She also handles Case Management for each child and coordinates care with families, outside therapists, educators and others involved in the childs life.

Mrs. LaMontagne began her work with the Cyzner Institute in 2005. She has worked with children with various disabilities since 1994. She graduated from The George Washington University with an MS in Infant Special Education and began her early career working in Arlington, Virginia public schools as a preschool coordinator. This experience reinforced an already strong belief that early intervention is critical to the development of the special needs child. In her coordinator role, she put into place early interventions including best practice teaching methodologies and worked with assessment and eligibility teams in order to provide preschool-age children with the most appropriate means to access and navigate their environments. She became well versed with IDEA regulations and continues to be supportive of both child and family rights as they pertain to an appropriate and individualized education.

Additionally, Mrs. LaMontagne holds a Master’s Certificate in Behavioral Intervention in Autism through the University of Massachusetts and serves Cyzner as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
